Students in grades 4-12 who earned the 1st quarter behavior reward went to VanDemark Farm. Students were able to do a corn maze, putt-putt golf, hayride, and more. It was a beautiful day and students had a lot of fun!

The 6A group has been busy completing their drawings of bumblebees and flowers. They finished with a beautiful multi-media artwork filled with beautiful flowers and bumblebees. They used colored pencil, and sharpie.

Guest speaker and Srta. Tebo's amiga, Amy Walker, came in to present to Spanish students today. She spoke about the culture of the Dominican Republic and taught students traditional dances, all in her first language, Spanish.
New Knoxville High School Boys will be playing against each other in a Volleyball match (TBA) to support the Yearbook. The game will be open to the public and we would love to see your support at the game and with one of our BUFF PUFF T-SHIRTS!

5th grade held a formal debate in the classroom about if video games are more helpful or more harmful for kids. The two teams researched before the debate and did not know which side they were on until debate day. They were outstanding and VERY professional! 😌

Students in Spanish III have been learning about the Spanish Civil War and how Pablo Picasso used his painting "Guernica" to make a political statement. Students created their own Picasso inspired art and presented their masterpieces to the class in Spanish.
