Field Trip last week and ABC countdown starting this week! Kindergarten is in for all the fun! Can you guess what letter we are celebrating?

Third grade students prepared for the State ELA test under the "Big Top" in their classroom today! They enjoyed reading about clowns, The Barnam and Bailey Circus and The Greatest Showman, to name a few! The carnival games, Animal Crackers, and Circus Peanuts were a big hit as well!

Congratulations to our 6th graders whose spooky short stories were selected for publication in the Young Writers Spook Squad book! Students in 6A and 6B wrote stories in October and submitted them for consideration. 11 student authors from NK were chosen for this year's book.

Third grade students visited the carnival today to prepare for their ELA state test! Good luck third grade!

Our physics students had a great hands-on field trip experience! After an introduction to State Troopers Jason and Chris, students learned how physics is used in accident reconstruction. They observed a sled demonstration and used drag marks to calculate velocity, walking step-by-step through the same process used in real investigations. Thank you to Troopers Jason and Chris, and to Mrs. Sniegowski at New Bremen High School for the invitation!

The Father-Daughter Dance 2026 was a success! Thank you to the Prom Committee for letting us use the beautiful space.

Congratulations to the Arizona Wildcats for winning our 1st Grade March Madness Reading Challenge!

Eve, Max, and Ellie are all smiles with their new bling and some extra tickets in their pocket for passing all of their Subtraction Rocket Math facts!

Congratulations to Hunter Wellman for being named New Knoxville’s recipient of the Franklin B. Walter Award! He was recognized at tonight's Auglaize County banquet alongside his honored teacher, Mr. Knapke. At the banquet, Hunter was selected as the Auglaize County winner and received a $500 scholarship.

The annual Father-Daughter Dance is this Sunday from 4:00-5:30!

Even though we couldn't go outside, the third graders had a fabulous time finding Easter eggs and solving math problems with a partner! They exemplified inclusion, which is our Word of the Month!

Mrs. Gross's second graders had a blast doing a math Easter egg hunt last week before break!

A fun day of learning in second grade! 🐣 Students reviewed math skills with an Easter egg hunt and built catapults to launch Peeps while measuring the distance.

Mrs. Gabel's third graders used their reading skills to solve puzzles to discover who stole the chocolate bunny! All the third graders did a fantastic job during our math Easter egg hunt!
