Attn NK school families:
Due to California's diseased lettuce crop, there is a lettuce shortage.
It is getting more difficult to get any type of salad/lettuce for service at this time. We have some in stock now, but once it is out, we will no longer be able to offer it as a substitute entrée or ala carte item. We will keep trying to get it, so please bear with us.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

NK Honors Local Veterans. During the annual Veteran’s Day program, students and community came together to show support and appreciation to the veterans who have previously served and who are currently serving. This year, New Knoxville enjoyed a musical performance done by Mrs. Fiegel’s music class as well was the award winning speech given by Junior Keianna Wellman. It was a great day to be a Ranger.
