🧑‍💻✌️ Week 2 of Typing.com is in the books for our 2nd & 3rd graders! They’re building finger strength, mastering home row keys, and learning to keep those eyes on the screen—not the keyboard! Proud of their focus and progress already.

4A rotated between writing stations, LEGO Robotics and STEM stations over the past 3 weeks. They learned a lot about the engineering process by building a tower strong enough to hold a basketball for at least 20 seconds! They also learned how to code a robot to do moving tasks.

Mrs. Gabel’s class has kicked off a new science project exploring the life cycle of an avocado! Today, students carefully peeled away the avocado to reveal the seed inside and placed it in water. We can’t wait to watch it sprout roots and grow into a plant over the coming weeks!

Mrs. Stuttler's Biology class combined science with technology to try to solve a problem. Their imaginary town needs a new water tower! Staying within the constraints of a budget and size, students did their best to purchase materials from the General Store and build a water that would hold 10,000 gallons of water (100 pennies)!
